About

Whether you’re seeking therapy for a serious mental health issue, or just to figure things out, I will help you find those answers on your own, while staying by your side.

I have treated psychosis in different capacities for eight years, and am highly specialized in cutting edge treatments like CBT for psychosis, as well as treatments aimed at de-stigmatizing mental illness and incorporating family in healing. I have treated couples since 2020, and am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, a modality designed to help you and your partner get back on the same page. For more information about couples therapy, peruse the couples therapy page by clicking above (About-Couples Therapy).

I believe that a healthy therapeutic relationship leaves both parties better off for having been part of it. If you’re seeking help for a serious mental illness, or simply need someone to talk to, I will provide an empowering approach to therapy that will help take charge of your life, your treatment, and your health. My Project

If you’re pursuing individual therapy, my approach is warm and honest. Together we’ll identify what it is you want to change and how. I trust first and foremost that you are the expert on your own life.

If you’re looking for couples therapy, I am committed to helping you get what you need.. I’m here for you and your relationship, whether you intend to stick it out or simply need someone to bear witness.

Finally, if you and your loved ones need family therapy, I understand that there are as many perspectives as there are people, and I will do my best to honor you by not taking a side, and challenging power structures that leave some voiceless and others alone.
